    Classroom Concepts - Elementary. Introduction. When planning for a new school year, each District 25 elementary school develops an organizational plan for the number and types of classrooms in the building. In all District 25 classrooms, varied, innovative, and appropriate teaching strategies are used to meet the needs of learners.   Learning centers should provide essential practice, support, enrichment, or reinforcement of skills and concepts a middle school language arts teacher, I incorporate learning centers to differentiate my instruction. The goal is to set aside a time each week to focus on individual learning needs, and provide intervention and enrichment opportunities for everyone.
